Tunnel Guard

A man drove for about 6-7 hundred miles and reached a jungle. The moment he has seen the jungle all his energies are down. He is left with no idea. He is at a point where he can't decide between the several opportunities the jungle shows him. A wise man who has helped him to reach the jungle told him that there are many tunnels in the jungle which are guarded by few people who will be asking questions all the way and you've to sing a beautiful song once he asks a question in order to make him happy and once you cross any of the tunnels you can actually know what you are and you can give a kick start to your future.

He found it to be interesting and collects bunch of torches as guided by the wise man. After traveling for an hour in the jungle he found a tunnel and found a man standing at the entrance of the tunnel. He went to him and told him that he wants to go to the end of the tunnel along with him to build future. He said okay and give me the torch you've got. This lad gives the torch and walks ahead in the tunnel. The tunnel guard poses him some questions like where do you come from? what did you do before you've dropped at this jungle and continues asking some questions. This lad feels that his duty is only to take him to the end and gets frustrated and at the same time he is having some fear at the bottom of his heart as he was guided by the wise man that if he fails to sings properly he'll be thrown out of the tunnel. The moment he sings an image will be formed on the tunnel with a chemical released from the torch and this happens for every answer that he makes. But somehow the guard is not satisfied with the images that are being made so he kicks the lad out of the tunnel and warns him not to turn back at least for three months.

The lad gets disappointed and tries his luck at 2-3 tunnels. But to his surprise there is some improvement in the distance that he's traveling and he even finds from the experience that the torch that he is using also adds some negative impression to the guard and learns the knack to give the best possible torch to the guard so that it will not show bad images to him and learns that this trick is working well and he has already reached 80% of the tunnel and makes a cross check of the answers that he is giving and develops a skill of singing in a better way.

After traveling for couple of weeks he finds a big tunnel which is beyond his expectation and many people were not even permitted to enter it. This lad goes and stands in the queue and when his turn comes he gives an appropriate torch and happily enters the tunnel and starts singing happily, confidently and with all his abilities and the guard feels happy and asks him more questions as he is eager to listen to him and the way the lad is singing and the images that are formed in the tunnel are beautiful to look and feel. The guard is very happy with him and send permits him to cross 90% of the tunnel where he actually meets a new guard who is very tall dark in color wearing long coat and with a cigar in mouth. After seeing him all the energy levels of the lad are down. But the guard treats him cordially and shoots some typical questions and asks him to sing in a convincing way and with shivering voice which is an impact of the butterflies in his stomach, the lad somehow performs well. The guard feels good and offers a bunch of leafs and says bring these leafs tomorrow and give them to the guard who's there he'll open the door to your future by saying this he points his finger at a guard who is sitting a day/ week away from the place he's standing. He eagerly runs to the guard ans shows the leaves to him. After seeing the leafs the guard opens the door and welcomes him to the future.

The lad places his step and crosses the door and finds a very beautiful image of him placed on a wall and everyone in his family will be clapping near that image and his mother offers him a sweet and his father hugs him happily after seeing the image. He feels very happy and shouts "Hurray! I achieved it." And meets the people who were already there and starts walking towards his future along with them.

Note:In this story the 6-700 miles is the education that we're done with and the wise man is our teacher/ trainer/ guru. The Jungle is the land of opportunities and the Guard is an Interviewer and the tunnel is the mind of the interviewer and the torch is our resume and singing is the answers that we give to the interviewer. The final image is the job which we get. So guys if we give good image to the interviewer in a pleasing and convincing way the job is ours.

Do or Die Call

I'm becoming impatient everyday. I am hating to be a lethargic kind of person. The continuous classroom sessions which run for 6 hours everyday attached with a 4 more hour home work or brainstorming type of sessions have started to look like time waste processes of my life. The same PGDM which was my aim had become a barrier to my mentality these days. I don't blame the program which I'm undergoing but its the different Anirudh who is willing to add more colors to his wings. My ideas are not letting me to permit myself to get glued to a cube or any other job. The burn has now started in my heart to break the barriers of first work and then start a business. I want to try out something new in my life. The term business is luring me. Its not the money that am looking in it and it is not that correct that I am not fully aware of the competition and the risk factors. I know these things but somehow I have made my mind ready to start something new. May be the rebellious attitude has probed me to change my path. I happily placed my blog address in my resume and here am posting my idea of starting a business and to look myself as an entrepreneur in a very short time. This  may be a potential threat to me but I sincerely admit the fact that the burn of doing something new can never end and I can't cheat others by saying I'm a guy who can easily fit to a cube and get his bums glued to the chair without thinking any other things. It is not just preventing myself from cheating other but this blog helps me to look at it once and feel yes Entrepreneurship was the thing which I was looking for and to make myself happy when I have reached the milestone if not to keep me aware of the goal that I have to reach.

I may be having ambiguity and chaos in my mind but I can surely predict that someday or the other this chaotic situation turns out to be an advantage to me.

My Today is your Tomorrow- The Innovator's Way

A man always used to shout my today is your tomorrow. People thought that this man is crazy and how come his today can be our tomorrow and used to use the same practices that they used to do.Days have passed everything went in the same way. One day this man came with a new thing which had helped everyone and everyone have started using it. Then they understood that he is an innovator and his statement was all about Innovation.
Any innovators today is our tomorrow. Every time when an innovation knocks the world the world replies it with 2 dialogues either wow! or oh! no. Let us listen to Innovation and what it is going to say about itself.

To go back to the very olden days. People used to roam with bare body . One day a person used a piece of wood and killed an animal and wore its skin and started a trend called clothing. People took birth and people were leaving earth with the effect of the demon called death  but there is always a brainy who has contributed to my existence, the screen which you are looking, the blog that you are reading, satin, polyester, cotton, wool whatever the name is the garment that you are wearing, cell phones, computers, the kitchenware that you use, the vehicle that you use for transport, the job that you do, the building that you live in, the medicine that you consume, the bullet that kills you what not ? everything that helps you in surviving and that introduces to the change maker called death is a face of mine. If I’m not born there is no person called you will be existing in this world. I’m Innovation the most welcomed and the most needed term next to basic needs to help you to exist.  

I think I’m the only kid with many parents. I never had a break because if one announces me in the form of one article, product or service there will be other person at another end announcing me in the similar or in a completely new form. I really don’t know why actually people think of doing something new but often the observers’ say that they hate being one in the croud but prefers to be unique or they are the ones’ who want to make their lives look easier and also with a passion to achieve something. Whatever the reason is they are giving birth to me so I’m proud about them.

So, it is found that Innovation is proud of its parents, to stress more without innovation there is no existence because an average human being is not satisfied with using the same thing for years together as change is a factor that forces him to think of going for a new thing. So, if an innovator is visualising something today it helps us to be equipped tomorrow.

Egoism and Relation

A relation is a bondage between two different metabolisms and two different genetics. It is the only link that brings two different mindsets to think alike or to act alike. Such a beauty at times is pressurized and ruled by the egos of persons. The whole reading process of this blog post will encompass through some mistakes we commit usually in relations which at times throws us in sorrows and bruises which doesn't have cure.

Why ego is a barrier to relation?
Ego is a factor that arises in the minds of a person when s/he is reluctant to accept the other person as s/he is. A matter of fact is left unidentified which is the prime rule that says the other person is entirely different from you in all the aspects of living. This differs you from others in the areas of characteristics which are related to her/his personality and the process of thinking.

When one forgets this fact and assumes that other person has to act according to her/him automatically there is a chance of conflict arise in that situation. Instead of this one has to accept the other person without any assumptions and with pure openness. Also, one has to understand the other person only by stepping into her/his shoes but not by standing in one's own boundaries.

I personally has to admit the fact that I was adamant towards my friends who are around me. I always preferred that they are like me. Life always teaches a lesson at the cost of some value. When I have started loosing some valuables I have started learning the mistakes but still continued to commit the same but recently learned the bitter truth that made me to slowly evolve and change my colors to add wings and start flying in the area of relations. I may now loose people but not at the cost of egoism as these are the words that am penning down as an undertaking to myself.

Ego and misunderstandings are the ones that will run the relation and what if one is adamant to accept your mistakes then there will be a blank in one's life. Bible says "Who rules by sword will end by sword." So, one should rule only by love and understanding when these two parameters are flooding in one;s heart there is no chance of egoism. If still it is arising that means he is still having some gap of adopting these rules. Unless one forgets him when you are with others you can't be with people.

At the same time one has to lead her/his life by following " నొప్పించక తానోప్పక" that means without hurting others and without hurting oneself.

Music and we.........

  "Sisurvetti Pasurvetti Vetti Gaana Rasampanihi" that means infants, animals and even snakes can enjoy the music.
Music has a significant role in everyone's life. I think without music one can't survive in this world. Music is a passion for few and an area of interest for few and may be a hobby for few (several people mention listening to music as their first hobby in their resume). Whatever the form or treatment that is given to music, it has a great significance in the world and it is a medium to bring several people of several tastes and habits to one place. Music is divine and it is the powerful medium.

Sound rays will travel faster than that of  any rays. It shows the power of sound. Organised flow of sounds is called as music. Music is being used to treat several chronic illnesses and to attract a mass. The music has become a part of everyone's life, a child grows up by listening to the lullaby sung by her mother and slowly develops interest towards the music and will build a specific taste later. So a human being's life has started by listening to music and it continues by listening to music and ends by listening to music.

Right from the cry of an infant and to the cry of Micheal Jackson everything has the power of  Music ans music is everywhere in the world. We enjoy the music everywhere like sound of air and rain drops and several other sounds. Music is a part of life for people who go on for works and even for people who make music as a profession. 

Music has the power of making you to feel yourself good and it makes you to sense yourself and even to forget everything that is around you and your burdens and responsibilities and take you away into a new world where you can sense your happiness and relaxation. Despite of the social status and the income range every human being will tap his shoe on the floor or nods his head listening to the music.

This is a common religion which the entire world is accepting where there are several forms of practicing the religion like Carnatic, Hindustani, Rock and etc. Whatever the practicing style is it has the power of attracting everyone across the world and is the only form which unites all individuals at a place. If music is not having that power several pop stars would have ended their lives as common men without identity. We are having a bondage with music and music is bringing everyone together. Let the Music continue....

Movies, Management and Me

Hi! Its been long time I made a post here. In this gap I have moulded myself into a scriptwriter and a shortfilm director. Worked with some brains which have mastered in the movie making business enjoyed watching the editing rooms dubbing theaters and several other places where actually a reel turns into a movie(including shooting spots).

Besides I'm continuing my management education. People have started asking me a questions saying "What's the relevance between movie making and management. And why don't you shift to movie making when you like it much."
I hope that this post will be an answer to all those questions.

For me making movies or watching them is just a hobby but its life to many. But both these streams are having an inter relation to a larger extent. A movie includes all the genres of management studies like human resources, financial management, production, marketing management and operations. It is always taught that management is applying mere commonsense and is not a rocket science as it is the study of the principles developed by the people who are not well educated but who have mastered the management science by running the businesses profitably and effective.

Coming to the point I wanna brief you on how the above mentioned fields are related to movie making. If procuring inventory and effective utilisation of resources then movie is no different as it deals in procuring all the inventory like generators labor and etc to carry out the shooting activity perfectly. Movies deals with capital and procuring funds and utilising them. Human resources is the key element in the movie making as it deals with creative heads working to make a thought into a movie. If these intellectual's creativity is not used properly then the movie will end in disaster if an actor fails to perform well then the audience will not enjoy the drama that is created around them in the theaters or before screens so they need to perform well and the person who needs to control every activity like actors, cameramen, editing department and production department is the director of the movie. I feel a director is one of the best HR's of the world. The next function is marketing whatever the movie is whether it is the worst one, a disaster or an extraordinary fiction a trailer is one of the popular marketing technique that attracts the audience in coming to the cinema hall.

Out of all movie is one of the most profitable businesses in the world which crosses the breakeven point before its release by selling rights to distributors. The margin of safety will be reached withing few hours of the movie release. So, I feel that movie being the business is the master of all the studies that are taught in the harvard or LSB.

India- Land of Politicians

Just by reading this sentence you may feel that I'm going to speak about those filthy politicians or about their cheap tricks. If you are thinking in that manner definitely you are wrong because I'm here speaking about real politicians of India whose thinking is far ahead when compared to our politicians. Here rises a questions as these people are not politician who are they? Where do they live? What do they do?

The answer will be strange but if you start thinking you feel that its true. So come on lets jump into the topic about the perfect politicians.

These politicians are our well wishers who care for us and those who live with us as our neighbors, tenants, owners and several other people who stare at people with suspicious looks and an added flavor of false smile pasted to their lips. These are the people who create relations and are the people who eagerly wait to grab some news from you. These people are faster than news channels in spreading news.

Once I went to a hospital where I first found a politician in my life she came and sat next to me she was speaking to other lady about her health related problems. I have to admire her because she has good patience. She listened to her and after listening to her this lady started giving her advises and made that lady to feel as if she is going to die in a week or so. You find such creative people in every nuke and corner.

The other story line will be from every household it always happens when there is any gathering or any simple meeting. Didi do you know Mr.Reddy's son married some American lady. What a shame!. Then Mrs Reddy enters the scene then the same lady says Vadina (A common word used between two Telugu women) you are really good you've accepted a westerner as your daughter-in-law......again the discussion continues.....

The other people are those who create gossips and who always feel bad when there is any occasion in neighbor's place, and the other people are our mother-in-laws who really feel bad by seeing their daughter-in-laws comfortably sitting or watching TV in order to relax. "I never took rest when I was of your age."Granny adds..

These are some common political things that will continuously happen in our day to day life.......but we never think about these things because these are petty things and we move on and if the same happens in our neighbor's home we cover ourselves in the gown of politician and we discuss and create gossips on others......So India is a land of Politicians in every nuke and corner.....

Problems???

'Problem' It may actually mean something according to dictionary. But when comes to reality a problem is a burden for a human being. People can't live happily if they have a problem they ruin their happy life by seeing problems in big shape.People forget a simple logic here I will disclose the logic at the end of this post.

When a problem comes to a person he thinks of the problem on the I-Max screen he feels as if he has to bare the burden of the globe on his shoulders. He then feels that he is the only person who is facing a problem(which may be pretty idiotic one or really a big one) on this earth. The next thing which he does is he runs to a person with whom he can share his problems. In actual sense he finds a suitable person and throws his problems on him. After throwing off the problem he feels a bit relaxed. Why because now he is having a friend who travels with him (he may not really help him). Now both will start spreading this problem across in the form of discussion. In other case he will discuss about his problem with a person who has a same problem. If the other person says he has no clue about the solution this fellow feels happy as if he has got an alliance.

In this huge process of increasing the circumference of his problem that person forgets a simple logic which is finding solution. If you find a solution the problem will become smaller and at least we will keep ourselves busy in searching solutions and alternatives for that problem which improves fighting spirits in us and adds experience to our life. Keep one thing in mind that no body has time to think about our problems so we are left with our problems. So the solution which is left aside is finding solution b facing the problem. Don't waste your time in searching people who can share your problem. Keep one thing in your mind that, each day we are born in the morning and die in the night when we sleep. "So forget yesterday, relish today and fantasize tomorrow" as said by Ram Gopal Varma

Simple logic is thinking about the problem makes you to loose everything in your life but facing it makes you powerful and eminent.

Life .........

Life in dictionary means in existence but it takes one's life to know life and finally he'll end it without knowing it properly.

"Life is a Big word to use when you are still in a learning stage." this is what people say usually when a person speaks about life.'Life is beautiful' somebody gave this quote really life is beautiful for those who makes it beautiful and lovable. In the day to day run we forget that we are here to live for a short time and we forget to make our life peaceful and sweet but few achieve it in a perfect way.

Common man wakes in the morning and ends his day in searching or arranging things and in this process of arrangement he first thinks of a partner after marrying a girl he feels happy he then thinks about having children. He lives and ends his life in arranging several necessities for them. He forgets himself when they grew and when they give a small baby.

This is the cyclical chain of every human being in this world. We run for several things and even we run for surviving because we love to live on this earth we love to stay back on this earth. Death the final truth makes us feel guilty and bad. We love life and we live life happily without thinking about the truth called death.

Few go for simple ways of living and few go in a different way making it big and even large if it is possible. These two kinds of people live their life but what matters here is your way of living if a person is living for himself in his own style that is the beauty of life. There are people who live in making their life beautiful like a Banker who turns into a Painter after returning back to his home, a student who turns into a writer, a Judge who turns into a singer and etc. These are the people who are enjoying their lives even in their day to day battle for food and several other things. We feel that we are lacking some skills or creativity in us and several students across the globe are running to business schools for this. But creativity is not a great thing it is a simple chemical change.

When a person meets several people he will deal people easily it means he got that skill because of traveling between several ideas in the same way creativity is a thought which develops new things which comes to a person when he observes and knows several things. So use your brains do something before you die. Try to achieve what your heart asks you to do. Live life like yourself. Be an example for yourself.
Finally:
Don't count every hour in the day.Make every hour in your day count.
Enjoy living your life making sound happiness in and around, end it in silence.

Why do we wake when danger knocks our door?

After two weeks of Mumbai terror I wanna write something about a common man and our powerful media I mean our news channels which were actively present at Taj and Oberoi hotels.

Firstly I thank all those News Channel people who helped the country in knowing the terror which was happening in Mumbai. Citizens of India were shocked and were terrified with the incident.

Next I congratulate those NSG commandos who worked hard to relieve the people who were there in the terror.

Here I want ask few questions to public media. It may be the print media or our TV channels.
Why you people make controversies on simple issues?
Why you won't allow the officials to do their job?
Why you people are making every bloody possible thing a news?
When it was the duty of NSG commandos to control the situation why the hell you people were running towards them with your idiotic cameramen and mikes. Reporters were shouting as if they were injured, they were creating high drama at the situation in order to panic those people who are sitting in front of the idiotic boxes (Television). If you feel that you are responsible towards society why you've failed in covering the other affected areas of recent Terrorist attacks except Taj and Oberoi Hotels. Press feels that it is highly responsible towards the society and it feels that being the Fourth Estate it can speak anything that is happening in and around. The Journalism which we are having today is clearly a Yellow Journalism which involves in producing wrong information.

Todays media never leaves anyone happy, if there is a death because of some hurricane or any natural calamity they go to the situation with their well attired reporters who can act better than those actors who act in Ekta's serials. These reporters shout in loud voices and will run to the victims of the incident and will question them. Their injuries doesn't really bother them what really bothers them is their money which they get from advertisements. Media knows all those routes to get closer to the news persons but it doesn't know how to manage it and how it should deliver them to people. It says politics are filthy but they never know that in the name of journalism they are killing the power which was given to them, so called Fourth Estate. When you know the route to reach terrorits why can't you help government and police in finding them. You don't want to do this because you want your profit and income. Why don't these people print the stories of filthy politicians or about those people who are ivolved in the disaster that is happening around us it may be corruption or anything else.

There is one more thing media has to think. There is no difference between you police and that bloody common man who is loosing his life. Because you never know what is happening around you even if you know you want to wait for the time where you can make money out of it. You just create chaos but you don't give necessary remedias to come out that situation. Why don't your reporters and make up men help people who are in threat. The simple answer is even they are common human beings but they are blessed with tongue which has no bone. This means that it has no control and these people just shout at what is running there but never try to control it. If some riots are happening you just run to the spot and you give work to your cameras and mouths but you never feel responsible to inform the same to authorities. Not only you several are not doing this so bloodshed is increasing corruption is ruling over.On the other side there is a common man who is sitting in front of a Television. He is always annoyed whenever he watches about some issue or riots in the TV with the great drama produced by the reporters he is bothered about his relatives and friends and he has no other option to move or to try, what he can just do is sitting in front of that idiot box and fearing for his people.

So media please provide hygienic news to us and don't try to show every idiotic news as an issue. If really media works well country will foresee a drastic change. Be responsible to the country first and then think of your news and be a part of country's heritage but not a head ache.

Laziness- Bane or Boon

Everyday we come across people who say we are lazy and we can't achieve anything. People say if one is lazy he can't do things in time and he will possess several bad things like lack of time management delay in making decisions and are really bad in doing things or in executing work. But when I've attended a simple session on personality development I had a new experience. The speaker was showing laziness as a boon, first i was a bit shocked by this man's speech because never in my life I heard a man speaking about the advantages of laziness.

I'll just mention his views on laziness where he mentioned several Scientists as lazy people. He says "If you are a lazy man you should feel great because there are several people in this world who belong to the category of laziness."

"All those people who are involved in developing something and inventing something are lazy people because they want to make their life simpler and considerably easy. When one invented Television lazy man invented remote control, when calculations are really complicated other invented calculator which changed its form to a computer." He adds.

So it is really optimistic to be a lazy person but what differs you from the other is your confidence and your style of projecting the work. It is a notable fact that delivering the things in time is must so our laziness must not be problematic to others so being in time or delivering things in time is a simple change which you must make in your life style, and never take things carelessly because carelessness in not a part of laziness. The prime objective of laziness is to enjoy life in a simpler form but not to complicate it with carelessness. So enjoy the laziness.

Writing- Blogs, Stories or anything

Several across the world are wonderful writers and are really great in expressing their views. William Shakespeare is the King of them and is undoubtedly a genius and he touched several hearts with his literary wonders. But if you give his writings to a kindergarten student he will just say “what is this.” He loves his rhymes itself and Shakespeare may sound strange to him. So what matters here is not your grip on the language but your way of expressing ideas. It is proved that several people who are well versed in writing skills fail in attracting people and in making their impression on the readers. This happens as they use several jargons, cants and slang where they fail in reaching the pulse of a common individual who has to read their writings. As finish line is the aim for a runner and profit for a business firm, it is a reader for any writer. Because he is the one who appreciate or finds flaws in a writer if writer fail in reaching them he can’t succeed. This happens when readers fail in understanding the writer’s intention where the writer fails in delivering his view and his effort finally ends without any appreciation.

Several people across the globe are having a problem. They feel that lack of writing skills is their great drawback and they end in stopping their passion of expressing their views and ideas. Some among these will really possess excellent ideas. These people do use their common sense and do miracles with their ideology and thinking process because no one can become a genius just by reading books without common knowledge and without knowing about surroundings this will be possible only when you are really open to learn things and when you have the zeal to learn. These people forget a main point of writing which is an idea from which everything will be developed. If you are a common human being and if you understand the same common man you can create wonders in writing.
If a person is having these capabilities of using common sense can really do wonders in his life and can be a great writer.

When Beethoven can do miracles in music without thinking about his blindness why not you / us? Though we have everything in a perfect way we love to get glued to our chairs so called giving up attitude. Because of this attitude we give our fellow human beings a chance chase and cross us in the race where we stand last.

What I wish to say is do express your views and never let your ideas to go vain because the love towards writing really develops and teaches you several things about you when you start writing. Do write something and show it to your well wishers and ask for their views and you continue writing when you get appreciation you'll enjoy it and you'll continue writing because success is the energy drink for everyone to proceed and continue any activity, and your experience adds you several skills. So write as no one is reading. At least write something for your girl or your guy and try to impress them with your thought process.

Violence- New Passion

Violence-
According to dictionary violence means “The act or an instance of violent action or behavior.”

Violence was evolved when human beings started living on the earth as rulers and dominating creatures. Primitive man had a fear from animals’ weather and a lot of common things which we never think in our day to day life. He then started making a group and he started moving in it. After few days he thought even then he is having fear in him then he made weapons and then he started facing animals that come across, he liked this and he continued in developing several things he made fire he made clothes and he made shelter. In the mean time he went ahead by increasing violent tendencies in him. He was not satisfied and he developed skills of violence and he taught them to his next generation and he taught them to fight to live.

Violence developed to that extent where a common individual made boundaries in making relations and in making boundaries.

Violence is induces into us when we are at an age of months. When a kid falls his parent comes to him and hits the floor in order to make the kid happy, the kid enjoys the scene and the drama which is created over there because he never saw his parent in a heroic situation he loves to feel the same and he continues such practices.

The child now is called the new face of violence. Now violence grows to a school growing child where he learns new violence. He loves the violence over there and he reads violence when he grows, is framed in the format of words he reads them. The epics which we read, the stories which we listen and the movies or plays which we see are filled with violence. So he enjoys violence and he will be having a feel of exhibiting the violent tendencies which are induced in him. Now he searches for a situation to exhibit, now he grows to a college going guy he feels that he is enough matured and he feels every silly incident or difference which he faces as an opportunity to show his power and he turns out to a rebellion. He loves making fights and he loves his injuries and he feels them as the symbols of his heroism.

If situations are helping him he uses his mind in making plots to show his heroism where he involves in street fights with other gangs and he grows in the same. When I met few professional criminals about the crimes which they have committed they came with single answer saying “we did those crimes for pride and we loved doing them and we don’t feel bad for living in these jails for those crimes but we feel bad for loosing those opportunities.”

Every individual comes across these stages but in a different style. If one is not feeling violently then it can be said that there is a problem with him. It can also be said that he is not thinking normally because the other face of violence so called exists in everyone. When your friend gives the same pat when you are serious you blow like an atomic weapon which means you are violent and every conflict that comes between two individuals with so call misunderstanding is because of the ego- the other face of violence. So we live with violence and die with the same feeling, because no one will be happy or satisfied when he lies to death. One feels I would have seen my daughter marriage other feels I would have seen my grand daughters some may think about great grand ones too. So never in our life we are happy and never our ego feels happy and every movement we feel to do something the feel of doing something is the simpler form of violence.

When we are living with violence what is the use of shouting for peace and non violence. Try and use the same power to reduce the poverty and to raise the income standards of the people across globe. So that knowledge of those individuals will be shown a good grounds and they may indirectly help the nations in growing well.

Finally I say:
‘Every individual at some point of life thinks violently and if there is a chance he behaves and still if situation permits he lives violently.’

Physical Relation Before Marriage

There are several ideas and ideologies on this area. Several people in several countries commit it and few condemn. My step is not giving a conclusion to this question but to make few aware of this scenario which we are adopting.

I will speak regarding this in the perspective of Indians who are much concerned with this topic either directly or indirectly. Physical Relation is a polished form of presentation for the word sex because in India this word is still a marketing tool. It means if a celebrity speaks regarding this simple part of life next day he’ll be flashed in news and in the print media so, sex is better used as physical relation in my country and I’m following that tradition. First I thought of writing the same article with the name ‘Sex before marriage’ but when I took the same option to my friends they simply shouted at me and few were really excited and gave their views. I don’t want to disclose the thing which stopped me to keep the name as sex before marriage, but definitely I’ll show the views of people.

First let’s see the ideas of our good citizens of India. These people say that India is developing and in few years it will cross developed nations, in this process if India adopts developed countries technology and their methodologies these people will be happy saying India is growing rapidly. In the mean process of adopting western principles we are also adopting their style and their habits. But our good people are not happy with this and they say because of these western adoptions our next generation is loosing its values and are going in a bad route.

The ideas of my generation- the generation which is involved in the process of adopting western principles differ with the ideas of the first generation. This generation people easily say one thing that adopting something is no where a mistake because we are really developed because of adopting foreign technology and their principles so there is no sin in adopting their cultures too. Few people of this age say that skin to skin is not a sin because they commit it willingly.

I won’t disclose the names of my friends and few others as they hate popularity. Here I’m mentioning their views and ideas.

When I’ve asked one guy whom I met in my travel told me that “I’m smoking outside and my father is not aware of it in the same manner I’m doing sex so Gharwale will feel that I’m still up to their values. So I’m making them happy and I’m happy in my way of living.” But the girl who was sitting next to us said “a man can manage in and around the home but the same cannot be with a women” which says that she really cares for her world and society and she also said “It is against the society and is also unethical and in my view it’s wrong because for me it’s a pure relation and has to be with life partner itself”


Really both these people come with valid answers and once if you listen to them you’ll fall in the dilemma. I just want to show the both sides of this sword which is the burning topic in a secularist country like India where people believe in fate rather than their abilities.

As said earlier old people and few among the new gen felt that physical relation is a sin and it must be committed only when you are in a state of accepting the person for life time because that is the wonderful relation which bounds a pair for ever.

My Friend said “If you are having good or healthy relation with your partner so there is no need to be this type of relation.”

One well educated man said “It’s a simple experience before getting into real job. Simply like starter before a meal. But, it depends on the persons who are doing it. If both want to have sex before marriage they will enjoy like anything.”

One person of the same cadre and caliber said “I feel at present we are just looking women as a tool to the physical relation but no one is giving importance to her feeling so it’s a bad scenario, where the role of women is being restricted to a toy.”

A college going student came with a new version “In India it is not preferable because of our culture and our environment in which we are bought up but in abroad we can commit it and it is an advance step in love so nothing is wrong in committing.”

Though there are several edges to this sword one being the ethical thinking the other being the modern. Though several oppose this sort of relation the sales of condoms and emergency contraceptive pills are really grooming which says that several people are committing it. The dictionary of so called process was first written in India by name Kamasutra by Vatsayana. This is said to be the book followed by several foreigners. Our knowledge is really flowing across the world but we are still fighting for several silly issues. It is a notable fact that though there are several regulations laid down on the people for not committing it they are committing it because, in the name of regulations people are indirectly raising their curiosity towards sex and when they listen they are automatically curious about trying it in this process of curiosity several teen age individuals are undergoing the process of sex at a very earl age and are falling ill. Physical relation before marriage was really there with Indians from the good olden days. The prime motive is not to stop people committing but to make them aware of sex and its prominence where in we’ll have some change. The next step is really to get adjusted with the present day scenario and to move accordingly. Because if you stay blindly the world will cross you and finally you’ll be the one who become a fool out of the situation.

Existence of God

We can come across several people who go to temples and who really do all prayers and offerings to God but still when you ask them,” Do you believe in God?" There will be a big ?(question mark) on their faces. Does this really mean that they don't believe in the existence of god, or does this say that they are in a dilemma?
Who is God? When it comes to Hinduism there are three main gods, Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva and in other religions there are prophets and there are people who considered being the sons of god and people believe in them, this means that these are all the powers that are given the position of god. When it comes to the belief of few he is the Savior, he is the ruler and creator of the world and he is the one who runs the world and is the supreme power. When I took the same question to few people I found interesting answers which I'm giving here.
Bala Murali Krishna- name really sounds good for telugites and tamilians because it is the name of a popular carnatic musician and even my friend's name is the same. We call him murali who walks with a smile and who rules out peoples affection with his patience and love and he always says I have a lot of love in my heart which I'm spreading to all those whom I meet every time in every way. This man is an atheist and popularly sticks to this. Once I was sitting with him in Birla Mandir, Hyderabad. We came out after making darshan we were just chatting about the temple and the Venkateshwara suprabhatam which was being played and I asked him who is god and how he actually looks?
He said ,"I don't believe in god as far as my knowledge is concerned I can say how Hindu gods would have originated, when primitive man was having fear towards water air fire and sky he believed that they are the faces of god and when he have started wearing skin around him he gave a face to the god whom we call as Shiva and when time passed he used ornaments and added the same to god which we will find in Vishnu in the same manner as time passed he gave a family to him and when creativity increased he added stories to them and made them the saviors of the planet earth and universe." I was really surprised with this answer and it had such an impression that the feeling of atheism in my heart was increased.
God is a strong feeling which makes you to feel yourself secure in the world despite the disasters that are happening around. Belief of god will be injected into one's veins when he/she is a child of months so we feel god is the one whom we are answerable to and he is the one who looks after everyone, so when there is a problem people will first rush to the nearby temple to make their mind to feel free and then they start thinking about the problem. Even atheists who are living with believers of god gives a pray to god when they are in problems because there is a little feel in them regarding the god or we may call it as the influence of theists over them.
But this fear towards god is appreciable because those people who are committing mistakes are giving large sum of amounts to the growth of country in the manner of offerings to god, which will be used in the local area development, development of educational institutions and in several other things by endowments department. But why do they offer huge sums? As they did blunders they are feared with the existence of their soul after their death like going to hell after death and facing several cruel punishments, so they go to near by religious places and requests god for the mistakes they have committed so that they can again make a fresh start.
Existence of god is truly left to the feeling or belief of that particular person if you ask an atheist he firmly says there is no god and if you ask a priest he says he exists every where despite these contra arguments or statements it is stated that god is a belief that's why we call it belief in god.
Though one believes in god or not he has to lead the same life in the same atmospheres

Smoking Ban ??

How many of you habitual smokers followed Union Health Minister Ramadoss’ dictate to give up puffing in public place from Gandhi Jayanthi Day?

It is too early to gauge the popular response to the ban on public smoking. All that I know for sure is that there was a similar ban on public smoking four years ago and it ended up in smoke. Ban or no ban, India remains the third largest market for cigarettes, with an estimated 250 million smokers and an equal number of passive smokers.

Going by the ground realities, the latest order too is bound to meet the fate of the previous ban. In fact, the Govt has not imposed a blanket ban on smoking. The Health Ministry’s order only prohibits smoking in places like restaurants, offices, bars, libraries, malls, trains and buses. Which means, you can continue to merrily puff away at home, in cars, in parks and on streets.

Ban on public smoking is in force in many European countries, some states of US and South Africa. Studies by professional bodies in those countries have reported marked decline in number of heart and lung disease-related hospitalisations after smoking ban came into force.

But do we have the political will to enforce ban on smoking or on such social evils? What happened to prohibition, one of Gandhi’s pet themes? The ban on liquor even on certain specified days of the year is observed more in its breach than in practice. Social drinking, with all its suicidal effect on families, continues to thrive. In some states, the Government itself is into the business of selling liquor and is sustained by excise revenue from sale of liquor.

Could we check prostitution by law? The law against the oldest profession remains on the statue book, but the crime thrives on in gay abandon.

Has the law helped contain the evil of dowry? Child abuse? Has anti-corruption legislation helped curb corruption stalking all walks of life. Has anti-defection law discouraged political defections? Has law helped eliminate untouchability, which is still practised with a vengeance in many conservative societies?

What all these suggest is that certain age-old social evils cannot be removed by law alone. Stringent implementation of law may go a long way in containing the menace, but not to the extant desired. Enforcement of law has to be complimented with a vigorous public awareness campaign against the evils. Mass media like TV with extensive geographic reach can be made us of for such a conscientisation drive. Govt can think of tax credits and other financial incentives for businesses that enact non-smoking policies.

Isn’t it paradoxical that the government that seeks to prohibit liquor consumption promotes its sale through government’s own agencies, the government that bans public smoking patronises tobacco industry by doling out peps?

The fact is the Government is caught between the compulsions of making money and playing the moral cop. Will the government give up revenue from excise duty on tobacco and liquor running to thousands of crores of rupees for the sake of social good?

Unthinkable. So let’s be down to earth. The government does not sincerely wish to curtail consumption of liquor or tobacco. It only wants to assume the moral high ground through half-hearted measures, aimed at hoodwinking the public.

War of Marketers

Marketing Strategies??
Till date we learnt, studied and listened about wars which happened for women, ego, and kingdom. But in the current scenario of modernization it is the war between two people who are the prime movers of this world. These movers do pass to other people with their jubilant skills and leave them towards the common man who is their prime motto.

We all know about the marketing strategies and the marketing abilities of our companies and how it markets our tastes in the name of products. Beside this we never thought of a chain which is much powerful to these companies in marketing strategies which markets on our mentality and on our bad habits, such companies are those companies which follow marketing strategies in pulling people towards yogic principles and that way of living. I don’t want to name those organizations which adopt these principles but I say about their thought process by comparing to the corporate world from the view of common man who is the goal of the both organizations.

Like other wars this war also possesses two rival groups which fight with each other. One is corporate world and the other is yoga teaching organizations. In previous wars we heard like there were one bad and one good. But, in this war both are absolutely same and are having the same power (influencing people). Corporate follow the strategy of pulling the attention of people with their marketing measures like advertising and reaching customers through distributing free samples of the products and giving attractive offers or introducing the product in a fabulous way. The other section of marketing will be done largely through mouth. Mouth publicity of these will not be definitely ethical but people will pulled into that trap without their knowledge in this process several will feel uncomfortable too, these give them one beautiful answer saying, “ That main man gave this knowledge to us and we now gave it to you in the same manner you take it across.” To listen it’s really wonderful if one out of ten is agreeing to be in the process they are successful.

Despite these marketing processes they adopt war. Even this war will be done in the ethical room without any proof and in a room where the voice can’t go out. This war involves pointing out the mistakes of the other. Yogic people says consuming wine and other alcoholic things is bad and a corporate man says this is new generation add wings to your shoulders live life to the fullest extent live the way like there is no tomorrow enjoy everything in every way. This is the process attracting consumers which is done in a good man but the question comes how they blame each other. I give an example here regarding this aspect,
I was sitting in a seminar where marketing was being taught there that corporate man came with beautiful examples of Mc Donalds, Unilever and their marketing strategies and the process they adopt in guessing the consumer in turn he started saying about the yogic gurus of India and their marketing strategies and in what way they influence people. If one listens to him he’ll firmly feel that yes these yogic gurus adopt high marketing strategies and make fool out us. He said today the generation is moving fast and this is really helping kingfisher to make money but it’s completely acceptable because customer is enjoying the feel, if you stop them then you are wishing to be an idiot before them. He added if I firmly know that I’ll get profit if I open a bar then there is no ill in opening a bar at that place, because despite of ethics and other things what matters is success and profit. He adds that these yogic gurus know about these changes more than the beverages factory and they make strategies of doing their business by teaching people about rituals which were followed by our ancestors. He gives one word built with perfect knowledge on the basement of exact and correct data.
In the same manner when I came across a yogic guru he said these corporate people will guide you towards our death we ask you not to smoke not to drink liquor and not to eat non- vegetarian in order to save yourself, to add few more years to your live, and to lead it in an ethical way, he also said if our principles are wrong why corporate people are coming to our classes and why our course is a part of their training. When he was asked about rise in liquor consumption he said this is not real if really the youth is running to bars for consuming beers and liquor there won’t be any need for Maliya to run airlines. It is really idiotic to think that youth is running behind bad habits because we made some lacs of people to come out these things and it is always good to put bad in losses by selling good (good is preventing from bad i.e., liquor and other bad habits). In this world people are forgetting themselves by running behind money and for the material things, ethics and rituals show them the path of knowing themselves so it is advisable to get rid off these bad habits and adopt seva which is the paramodharma (Sanskrit word which means main principle of live) as said in Vedas. He also said that we Indians are forgetting the valuable things which were given to us by our ancestors by running towards western culture and they are making fruits out of our knowledge.

Both are correct in their own principles and in their own way of living but if it comes to a common man who has to travel in these boats then arises a problem because these people will eat off his brain with their perfect and well sharpen weapons (words). Finally it is a myth for a common man to think between the two ideologies, intelligent people easily cross the river b using the both by managing them but several fail in managing them and will fall in the river, several stay back without choosing anyone of the two and being crushed between the two ideologies. So it is the time for you to opt between these......

My Memories-1

Hyderabad-A city of Memories…….

I'm daring to write some silly things which i did in Hyderbad today with some added flavours . Being a shy guy it is a daring step for me to share my memories my friends really know how I feel when any one asks some personal questions to me. But, I thought that if I don't dare now I can't do it never. So with the added dare and added flavours I'm sharing my memories..........

Hyderabad is an example of Quili Qutub Shah’s love towards Bhagamathi so Bhagyanagar(present Hyderabad) was built in a beautiful way and it possess several wonders in it. Previously it used to possess heritage wonders and it added technology and realty to its growth and in the run changed its colors to newness with its heritage values. Now it possess famous technological wonder Hi- tech city, Prasads I-Max which are considered as architectural wonders in the present scenario.
I used to visit Hyderabad regularly in my summer vacations but for the first time I stepped into Hyderabad in 2005 with a purpose of pursuing graduation. When I came to Hyderabad I was a kid who knows nothing about the place and who doesn’t know what to do in this vast city. I still remember my first city bus experience. After giving my entrance exam for B.Com (Hons) I came to a near by bus stand to catch a bus, I wasn’t aware of the bus numbers too I vaguely remember two bus numbers 1 and 2 which will take me to x-roads. A bus came and I was searching for seats in the fully flooded bus and at last I caught the bus and had a place of one foot on the foot board, my heart was really beating fast with the new experience may be because of happiness that comes after achieving something. Soon after this incident I had one more opportunity to feel happy i.e., I haven’t paid for the bus ticket I still remember how I was feeling at that time. Later I was selected in the entrance and I entered the gates of Keshav Memorial Degree College for pursuing my graduation. As the city was new though my aunt asked me to stay with them I opted for paying guest with one of my classmates and his friend…..

Life as P.G (paying guest)
I stayed in the same P.G opposite to Chikkadpally Chandana Bros, I lived there for an year collecting funny incidents some struggles and several joyful moments. I just love those incidents when I went to second shows without informing the warden and those nights where I loved walking on the roads with a delicious cone in my hand and those early mornings with a cup of tea after a whole night preparation for examinations, those films that I’ve seen without ticket and those bananas which we used to lift at nights.I can say that my P.G life filled with funny things and memories before my exams because as exams were just two months away I do remember the heat we had for preparation and the fun we had between the hectic preparation schedules. Our warden was strict against allowing friends into the P.G area even then we used to have friends who used to stay at nights adding fun to the whole compound. It was really a loving moment for all the students and several others who live in P.G to come to our room for having fun. I do remember my room mates experience with the gay who lived in the next door, he literally used to run away from that place whenever he came across with him and the battles we made against warden in removing that fellow from compound and we were successful in a short span of a week where we were moved to other floor. One of my room mate had a fantasy of watching porn movies where he used to rush to a nearby theatre whenever he had a penny in his pocket and one of my classmate became a best friend of him in this process where they used to share the ticket amount in a short span and used to go to cyber cafe’s together in no time they turned out to be the best friends whom I’ve ever seen. Those liquor parties of my classmates which made me to rush to my friend’s home to spend a night and those coke parties where we used to laugh for the fullest extent, all these incidents will be there forever in my memories. This is my experience at P.G for an year and in the second year of my graduation I moved to my aunt’s home where I became a family member of them and where I had a lots of fun with several advices from them which made me to have a drastic changes in me. But here I’m not writing these memories because every day is a memory. But I want to say one thing here if I’m blogging with different ideas and if I’m writing some short stories all these are because of Harsha who added these spirits in me I think I was impressed in this area by seeing him.

College
I’m talking about college after this P.G experience because this is a place where I walked for three years by changing myself from an adolescent to a post graduation entering student. I remember those few people I met on the first day of my college who became my friends for the lifetime. Gautham: We call him as banda frankly saying I used to hate this guy a lot and we never had a minute friendly we used to have several differences all the way if Gautham is standing at a place I used to quit that place but with the same guy I stood second in the university competitions where we added a new fame to the college. We have several differences with us and are different in ideology and implementation. But, we had some similarities too which made us to be the best buddies. If I continue the list I think it makes this area to be much spacious so I end up saying about my friends by mentioning their names they are: Abhishek, Shannu, Harish, Sarvesh, Rama, Narendra, Phani, and other classmates. I said classmates because I was among those who lived happily with the two set of people that used to have differences in them. In a span of time my class was divided into Shannu batch and Gautham batch where I used to roam with the both and I used to share the ideas of the both I was acting as Krishna in Mahabharath and frankly as Krishna was with Arjuna I used to be there with Gautham for maximum time.Despite the clashes and politics of our class we really had lots of fun like we made our class girls to pay for the lunch which we had in a good restaurant and for the film (Athadu) which we went and running to police station where one of our classmates was arrested by police for eve-teasing. I just want to mention this incident because it was the incident which we used to recollect whenever we come across that guy. It was our quarterly exams time and in the mean time there was a cricket match of India going on. Few of my classmates after finishing off the exam were enjoying watching cricket in a nearby shop, and one of them was sitting on a bike with a good day packet in his hand and eating a biscuit with seriousness on his face which added a villain look to him. Actually he was waiting for Gautham in order to go back to home and when he found Tripura  he went to her and asked about Gautham she gave a different look and she continued walking this fellow came back and sat on the bike and continued consuming the pack of biscuits. At the same time a lady who was standing there gave a signal to a guy and he rushed to this fellow and gave two blows and made other guy to sit on the bike and took them to police station (P.S). That lady constable thought that this fellow was teasing her and resulted in sending my classmate to P.S and the rest was humor pack where few were rushing to police station making trials to make the two to come out and lectures rushing in and several funny things happened in a serious way. I do remember the T-Shirt which my classmate wearing which added additional glow to this process and I do remember that he never dare to wear the same thing again.With the same set of friends I literally fought for tickets of several films by standing in the queues later we came with several ideas of making class girls to get tickets for us and advance bookings jumping queues and catching a bakara to get tickets for us and a lot. We used to bunk classes by taking permission from our class teachers and borrowing some money from them every time and I hardly remember returning back the money to them again. Every time one will be selected to get permission and money when it was my turn I was feared and I was saying that I won’t do it and I asked my friends that I’ll draw money from a nearby atm but when mam was about to step down from the class I was thrown by friends before her and she asked what I said, “Mam we are going to movie we need your permission.” She said ok and then I said, “Madam can you give me a hundred.” she simply gave the money with a smile and moved to other class though the thing ended in a couple of minutes simply it was a terrific moment I think that would be the cause for us to enjoy vikramarkudu (film which we’ve seen with the hundred borrowed from mam) to the fullest.Last but not the least my flirting memories of the college life I was a flirt from my school days and I continued this process in my graduation too. I thought that no one was aware of these things but each and every person in my class knows it but only few disclosed it with me. I had a crush on one of my classmates who became a good friend of mine in the same journey of flirting and the main thing is she knows that I’m flirting her and in some way she helped to get the status of a flirt. Her name is Pavani I do remember the silliest things which I did to impress her but never I said her in words that I liked her and though she knows this she never spoke regarding these things with me which helped us in continuing to be good friends in mean time by stopping the process of impressing.With several other incidents like tasting cigarette and sip of tea at twelve in the night and walking all the way to home at 2 after watching a movie at prasads and roaming in the streets of charminar and the taste of lassi after finishing off the exam and the chats which we had in our college canteen and the love stories of my class all these will be there in my memories forever and ever……….

"Stardom - Success"

When a star gets down from a car by opening his door by keeping his left leg on the floor and raising behind the door with a smile or with a proud expression, people will be shouting loudly and few may have a fast heart beat which says about the eagerness that they are showing towards the star and the position which they've given to him, they call him star in a powerful voice as if they have achieved success. That is the power of stardom, it may be a film actor or a successful business magnet or a powerful politician whatever he is, he is successful in his work and he made a successful approach towards people whom he's facing, and people literally behave like slaves and carve for his shakehand or autograph and several say I wanna become like him.
In what way stars are different from us are they gods or alliens? Definately, no they are common human beings like us, then what made the difference?
One never thinks in this way and no one looks himself in a successful way and no one wants himself to be a role model and he never knows that no other person on earth can be his role model when compared to him. No one is born intelligent and no one born successful. When we speak about success, people think success is winning but success starts from the next second when we start giving our own definition for it like for a goldsmith success is getting gold at a cheaper price for an actor success is fame in such a way each of has our own ways of success. It is a known fact that we all know about these things earlier but we don't follow them. Instead of cursing ourselves lets look at the way how successful people are making difference.
If there is a challenge of makinis g or creating a new idea in ten minutes, first of all what runs in our mind is time, and secondly we will go through our past experiences for presenting the same, thirdly we will be looking here and there for searching for our fellow friends who are not working or thinking, if possible as we don't have any idea we'll spoil other's ideas. Where successful people will differ from others,they will be concentrated towards their work and will present in a fabulous way so that they will be the dictators at that event and no one can compete them, what matters in success is using common sense instead of using our technical and other tough skills which will actually ruin our job.
Success people are really one step behind when compared to a follower in terms of knowledge and experience, but what makes them to stand in that position is implementing or using the knowledge which they are possessing, in general a common person after fetching some knowledge forgets about that but successful makes use of it and explores that in a deeper sense where in they create ideas and gains more experience. So Read learn and unlearn will the basic principle of successful people.
"Success is a factor which never comes in a day, for success one has to put his efforts extensively or else one has to do smartwork at right time." Everyone knows this and everyone uses this sentence extensively but no one implements but the one who implements it will leave a new statement to the world which world keeps on using for generations.
Stars are really common people they keep their effort completely to become successful and after become successful, the fools or followers behind them makes them to stand as stars and they run behind them as if they are demi gods. So instead of keeping some person as ideal model its better to see yourselves in a better position. Follow this one day or the other you can see people running behind you and shouting for you. Because followers exist forever..........
